5 and 10 k Personnel Best

Have been running every week since finishing C to 5K last year about this time, in the last two weeks I have beaten my PB for 5 and 10 K, I ran 5k in 24.38 and today have just ran 10k in 52.12. Will be 55 in a couple of months not bad for an old un.
