I can still run for 30 minutes!!! Horay, it wasn't a fluke. I'm still slow...I covered 3.3km in 30 mins (4km with walking) but I felt like I could have kept going today, but didn't have time to. It's been over a week since I last ran so I'm pretty pleased :-)

Good to hear that as a relatively new grad' you've still go it! I've only done one 30+ minuter since my graduation - its been one helluva week work wise :( However, I have done a twenty minute 'fun run' - around the block - to fill some time while supper cooked one evening, and yesterday I did a 10km walk with a pal who's doing a Moonwalk Marathon next weekend. I was quite surprised that my hips were complaining last night, which struck me as weird as they've been fine all the way through my running C25K! Wonder if a different set of muscles are used? Awww well, a whole weekend working ... yuk ... so probably won't run again til next week - hope, like you, I've retained the know-how too! ;) Take care, Linda x

Congrats on your post-programme run! Since I graduated, it's been one thing or the other so I've averaged about 2 runs per week, but even then I find that I'm able to increase my time fairly easily. I think LMS has the key though - even if you don't run a full 30 minutes every time, you've done something good for yourself!

Well done you today was my first post grad run and I tried the stepping stone podcast and surprise surprise I did it and quite enjoyed it. Its hard to keep motivated after completing the C25k but I am still not running a full 5 k so still need help to reach that goal. Keep running and keep blogging its nice to see a lot of names that I recognise
