I am graduate since feb this year and running 5 k regularly till now.

now I wan to do 10 k any tips or web or something like lurra

There are several 10K apps out on the net. Some people prefer to even keep their own time and just lengthen the runs by the 10% rule. We followed a 7 week plan and just kept our own time using our Garmins. Wishing you a great 10K training experience! Gayle

Asics do training plans on their website. I'm using one for 10k at present. If you have a garmin you can upload your times to the plan.
