So, I mentioned earlier in the week that I was restarting the Couch to 5k program (started in November, had to put it on hold due to illness and other things). Despite waking up really sore this morning from playing an impromptu game of basketball last night, I managed to get out and do my run. I say run, it was more like a slow shuffle/trot type of thing at some points but I finished and that's the main thing, right? Looking forward to run 3 on Friday now Definitely feeling more confident and positive this time around which is great.
