So, I mentioned earlier in the week that I was restarting the Couch to 5k program (started in November, had to put it on hold due to illness and other things). Despite waking up really sore this morning from playing an impromptu game of basketball last night, I managed to get out and do my run. I say run, it was more like a slow shuffle/trot type of thing at some points but I finished and that's the main thing, right? Looking forward to run 3 on Friday now Definitely feeling more confident and positive this time around which is great.

Run, trot, slow shuffle whatever your out there exercising so well done you!! Its always hard starting any exercise program but your over that hurdle so its onwards and upwards as they say. Happy Running!

I am also W1R2 completed today and it has been harder than I ever imagined, however, it has also been far more satisfying!
I am looking forward to Friday just so I can say I got through the hardest part, because for me, this is the most unfit I will ever again through this whole plan.
Keep it up, we will definitely smash it!!
