Week 4 run 1-second time round.

Well, that's week 4 run 1 over. I did it yesterday beside the sea, and how I enjoyed it! This time round I listened and did exactly as I was told by Laura-nice and steady at jogging pace, so I didn't exhaust myself. I even forgot to take my inhalers before I left home; I realised it when I was warming up, but I'm pleased to say I suffered no ill effects at all.

So good to be back! I would recommend that all graduates retake the course from week 1-certainly this time round it is both easier and more enjoyable. I am also tending to find that I am listening more to the instructions because my running/jogging technique is in place. Give it a go!

Keep on Running :-)

It's interesting how many people seem to find asthma improves with completing c25k. Hope it carries on getting better too!

Running by the sea sounds really lovely. :)

Yes it is. I found it last time round in week one! I just didn't need to use my inhalers whilst running from run 3.

Lovely by the sea! :-)

I had your blog in mind when I went out for my shorter faster run this evening - thinking that maybe redoing the programme from the start, but going faster this time might work to speed me up a bit. Not that I actually did that - but it made me feel much more positive about doing a shorter distance. And I was faster. And then wanted to do some more! So thanks!
