Could it be you're tensing up when running or even a bit dehydrated? I hope it clears up soon! Congratulations in getting to week 8!!! Gayle
Thanks for the reply and the encouragement, greatly appreciated ..... I've thought about it to-day, and I came up with the same answer, I think because I'm now finding the runs harder I am tensing, trying to prepare myself to get to the end of the run ..... I will try to relax a bit on the next run. Thanks
Good luck! Try to relax (difficult to do) stand upright, and keep the arms at a 90% angle. Try to not clench your hands as well. I think the elbows were the ONLY body part that didn't hurt when I did C25K!
Thank you for the advise gdeann, I realised to-day that I was clenching my hands, so I tried to shake them loose, but once the aching starts it's hard to shift. I am a bit of a sloucher so I will remember to ensure I'm upright on Fridays run.
