Felt really good having completed week 5, but only just about managed this one. Not looking forward to R3 this week - my legs just seem like unmoveable blocks of lead at the moment!

Oh I agree. I'm just one run ahead of you haveing done W6R3 last night. To be honest, I felt more comfortable last night than runs 1 and 2. My main concern now is boredom. When we had the interval training it was quite interesting but now just continous running is a little mind numbing. No wonder people migrate to using their own music.
Well done for getting this far. We'll be graduating almost at the same time.
Yup, I recall ending week 6 and missing the breaks walking gave me. But it does become normal to run non stop and eventually if feels comfortable even.
I think the end of intervals was the biggest turning point for me, I start week 9 tomorrow and the B210k has me returning to intervals soon enough.
Keep going, your body will get used to the non stop running before your head will. Introduce your own music and keep it slow and be confident. You can do it!
