Yesterday I joined in with a little in- house dressage competition at the stables where I ride. I came away with a personal best score and a pretty silver cup. Chuffed :)

Thank you for your kind response. My best times are at the stables even though most things are a challenging these days. I even need help carrying the saddle and I get out of breath easily. There is something about the horse's movement that seems to support the breathing though. I can arrive there with my breathing very ragged and an hour walking around the lanes and bridleways and it's so much better at the end. Are you able to spend time around horses still? Best wishes.

Your Ralph is adorable. One has to enjoy what's possible. Animals do help to bring you into the present moment.
