Relvar Elipta

I am on Relvar Elipta once a day, but am finding that it only works for about two to three hours, no more, I also take Spiriva once a day and Ventolin when needed.

Does anyone else have this problem with Relvar, I seem to spend my life being breathless these days

It sounds like you need to see either your doctor or Respiratory nurse and tell them what's going on. Obviously something has changed to make you more breathless. I am on Relvar Elipta 92/22 and it has been helping me. But I need another check up. But can't get a Appointment till February. Take care and get checked out

Relvar Elipta is a maintenance medicine. You would not feel it "wear off" because it works in the background to relax your lungs. For example the Ventolin you take is a rescue med. and works fast but only lasts a few hours and you may need another dose. You may need to take your Ventolin more often or be switched to a stronger maintenance med. Only your doctor can decide.
