Do I have pleurisy

Hi everyone, hope someone can help me/give advice. I had a dry tickly cough on Thursday on and off, but yesterday I I have now got pains in my ribcage especially on the left side and my breathing is a little bit laboured and the pain seems to be spreading around my back. Does this sound like pleurisy?
