I'm new here. Just wondered If anyone has experienced changing inhalers.Would 2 puffs of Spiriva once daily be as effective as 4 puffs of Serevent and 8 puffs of Atrovent daily.

Don't! You cannot take multiple doses of Spirvia or Serevent. They are not rescue inhalers.
