Hi just been diagnosed with COPD, I’m 52 years old and have smoked for 38 years and stopped for only two weeks and need any advice given as this is new to me.

Stick with it and drinks lots and lots of water. I felt worse before better. Its been 14 mths smoke free for me and best decision I have ever made.i have been taking Omega 3 gummies for heart health and vitamin D3 and I feel better.
