I do the purse breathing and I have been going to Pulmonary Rehab for about 5 weeks (3 times a week).. I am more fortunate that a lot of people I know.. Only have oxygen at night.. I get more scared than depressed,, this has been a hard holiday..

Hi Donna ,if you dont mind leave a !ittle note onyour rehab once in awhile,Beginning July im going to start if im ok to take coarse will start going 3 days a week.
