Along with COPD I have CHF.. Even when my oxygen is good I still can't catch my breath.. Feels like a major panic attack.. I do take meds for anxiety and depression.. Sometimes I think my heart is going to beat out of my chest.. Any suggestions?

I know what you are feeling, with me I also have A Fib to go along with COPD, pulmonary hypertension and CHF. It's when my heart skips a beat or two and I start to get dizzy and feel like I'm going to black out that I get a little anxious. I start talking to myself telling my self to calm down and then I do deep breathing exercises. So far it has worked. Doctor mentioned something about not having enough oxygen in the muscles and tissues but didn't tell me how I could improve on that.

Your symptoms are the same as mine.. I'm not sure what a Fib is.. To be sure there is something drs can do to fix this issue.. Thanks for sharing..!

A Fib is charactized by rapid and irregular heartbeat. Can cause blood clots.
