Are you taking your meds? Did they do a walking test before you left hosp. so you know how much oxygen you need when walking?

That all sounds identical to the way my body responds when and after I've been in the hospital.

I was diagnosed with bronchiolitis obliterans in 2013 (open lung biopsy) after having symptoms since 2011. I was given a three to five year diagnosis. Immediately my pulmonary team referred me for a bilateral lung transplant. I remained fairly stable until July 2016 when I began having pneumothorax episodes. After completing the final lung transplant evaluations in November, I was placed on the active list. I had my transplant on January 1st and am very busy trying to rehab in order that my husband and I can return home soon. It has been quite an adventure. I have now traded O2 24/7 for a mask when out and about and a daily dose of about 42 pills. I totally have put my trust in our awesome God for peace, comfort, and strength during this new stage of my life. May God bless and provide you with the same.

What does desaturate mean? I wear oxygen 24/7 also.

get yourself to pulmonary rehab and get educated. this is pretty much how it works and if you do what you are supposded to meds, exercise, nutrition, attitude you can maintain where you are for a good long while if lucky. i did for then years until i got sick and now ti's taking me months to get back. good luck
