Hi everyone... Just was told I had mild COPD and was told by the therapist asthma. I have stopped smoking 2 weeks ago and feel so much better. Just a little scared but trying to deal with it. Nice to meet u all.

Welcome. I'm glad you quit smoking & that it's helped you feel better. I just got diagnosed with copd 2 months ago, after being hospitaled. I'm blessed to have others here who I can learn from. Be praying for you.

it is ok to be scared, but learn as much as you can. Glad you quit smoking. Gather information and write down questions. Ask your Dr. and make sure you are satisfied that they answered your concerns.
