Blood in stool?

Apologies for the gross image..

I have had blood in my stool for the last few days, almost a week now. I used to get hemorrhoids but dont seem to have one. No itching, pain or any blood on the toilet paper. I checked in a mirror and have no visible hemorrhoid or fissures externally. Haven't eaten anything red at all in at least 2-3 weeks.

I do have diarrhea daily and stomach pains pretty regularly.

Any ideas as to what this could be? I had a clear colonoscopy about 3 months ago, however, my bowel wasn't completely clear due to not being able to finish all of the laxative.

Actually, let me add- The findings for the colonoscopy were: EGJ hiatal hernia, grade c esophagitis, gerd, gastritis & microscopic colitis. I was clear for any polyps as far as they could tell.

You do have microscopic colitis so bleeding may be coming from there

Could that be haemorrhoids?? Since colonoscopy clear , what do you yourself think. Maybe can discuss on it.

I had blood in poop as well so I went for colonoscopy/MRI and CT scan last year, everything was okay , except 1-2 polyps some small internal haemorrhoids,but then once a while I still see a little of blood which I’m puzzled, I don’t have haemorrhoids in the past, I don’t bleed in the past too. It just happen so suddenly last year March

Any update? Are you still pooping blood ?
