Have now received my CT Scan and Colonoscopy results, nothing "sinister", polyp benign, all the 13 bits taken for biopsy normal. Nothing found that could explain my symptoms. Consult has ordered another Faecal Calprotectin test so will have to wait to see the results of that. Feel relieved after weeks of worry, but still don't know what happened.
