I’m probably on my to treatment! I would like to know if anyone has any advice on what treatment they would be on if they had a choice to choose?. My Dr said there are many he has to offer not sure what they are. I did have about three months of imbruvica and it was terrible had to come off and have been doing well till now.

The main two first treatment options for cll patients in the US are either a single agent btk inhibitor drug like ibrutinib or venetoclax plus obinutuzumab (V+O)
You have evidently already tried ibrutinib and did not tolerate it well. It’s possible you might tolerate acalabrutinib better, no one can say.
It seems to me with your history of intolerance to btk drugs that the V + O option is the way to go. Obviously this is a question for your doctor. Good luck whatever is decided.
I wasn't offered a choice, just given Acalabrutinib along with Aciclovir and Co Trimoxazole. I had Allopurinol for the first three cycles. Good luck, stay safe
Treatment choice depends on labwork & test results, symptoms, and various patient specific factors (disease characteristics, comorbidities, home support, local resources, etc) . So impossible to just give an answer without a lot more information IMO.
