Covid antibody response to 4th vaccine

Hi

Does anybody have any information or advice regarding the level of Covid antibody response. My husband has just had a result of 113.00 U/mL following his fourth jab. Prior to this after testing after the second one he had made no antibodies. Whilst we know that this isn’t a very high figure, it would be nice to know if he has some level of protection against Covid now. He is on the Flair trial, taking Ibrutinib. I have also heard that being on this drug may give him a level of protection with regard to the T cells. Any help or information would be most appreciated, thank you.

Poohey,

I have SLL and am untreated and on W&W. After my two Pfizer shots I had no detectable antibodies. After 1st booster I got 6.5 U/ml, After my 2nd booster (4th shot) I got 15.5 U/ml. I asked a couple of doctors what it meant and they said they couldn't say.

HiRemember antibodies are only part of the immune system. I have no antibodies and have fought off 3 covid infection with only the second one needing medical support.

That’s good to hear, yes T cells are another of course. Out of interest are you on Ibrutinib?
