Wondering if anyone developed initial antibodies, or increased previous antibodies after a third or fourth covid vaccine while on BTK inhibitors such as ibrutinib, or acalabrutinib? Also if you could provide the below information it could be helpful to our community.
1. Which vaccines were administered
2. What was the change in antibody level after the third or fourth dose
3. What BTKi were you on, and was it a reduced dose, or was the dose held prior to vaccination and for how long
4. How long had you been on BTKi therapy prior to your first covid vaccine
5. Were you on any current or recent CLL treatment other than BTK inhibitors
6. Were you on any immune suppressing medication, other than CLL therapy
Sorry I could not format this in a more easily way for responses.
Thank You,
David

Which BTK were you on, how long have you been on it (CLL inhibits vaccine effectiveness too, so bonus points for noting your lymphocyte count and spleen/node sizes at vaccination), were you on full or reduced dose, did you have a BTK holiday for your vaccination(s) and did you have an anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody in the 12 months prior to your vaccination?
1. 3 moderna full dose vaccines 2. antibodys were 2.6 after 1st, 7.7 after the 2nd, 1100 after third. 140 mg dose of Ibrutinib for 4 years. No other immune suppressing meds. No ibrutinib holiday for vaccines but did stop for 10 days when I contracted covid.
