After three doses of Pfizer my 4th was Moderna. Incredibly well organised volunteers in the indoor tennis courts of a hotel. Actual centre felt cavernous and empty but the long and well spaced line outside suggested it was doing great "business." What was especially reassuring was the actual jabber's explanations. Yes, I was getting a different vaccination and yes it would be entered on my NHS records within the week. I didn't need to explain anything, it was all covered.
Difference for me was that I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I was told to sit in my car for 15 minutes in case of a reaction. None so far, although my arm is beginning to ache just a little.
Fully jabbed now and not looking forward to contacting 119 tomorrow to piteously ask the question "Where is my letter about priority PCR test and urgent treatment process if I come into contact with the virus?"

I had another Pfizer Saturday which left arm sorer than third primary Pfizer jab. First two were AZ Oxford vaccine.Mind you I also have two very painful frozen shoulders and that may not help!
I'm going to be calling 119 tomorrow asking for the PCR test package as my telephone consultation with CNS haematologist nurse didn't produce much response apart from I should just call 119 like everyone else!!
The consultation was a tick in the box as didn't listen to any of my ongoing issues like night sweats and pains and repeated chest infections etc etc!!!
My telephone "consultations" have been pretty much the same. Almost exasperation from them when I ask about therapies because they have "so many people to deal with." Mind you, each time our "Health" Minister announces a new initiative he seems to forget to tell the people who will actually need to do the necessary work.
I had my 4th dose yesterday (all Pfizer). This time I was not asked to wait and sent on my way. Luckily I was fine (not so fine the 3rd time). Done at GP surgery. No sign of a letter for priority PCR test. We just spend our life chasing☹️ Hazel UK
I rang 119 as I haven't received either. I was told that if I was eligible I would receive them but there was a delay. I wasn't sure that he really knew what I was talking about.I rang my CNS this morning who was very reassuring, she said that there has been so much chaos and confusion over this. She said that all I needed to do if I had a positive LFT was to ring 119, organise an appointment for a drive through PCR test (safe and quickeŕ to get results) leave a message with CNS if PCR is positive and they will arrange the necessary treatment. I'm very lucky that my local hospital is 1 mile away and the covid drive through only 2 miles away. I feel reassured and relieved. X
Update I had a very rough day yesterday with a cracking headache even though I went to bed for a few hours in the afternoon. Was back awake during night as usual and feeling a little bit better this morning even after wasting hours chasing people up on the phone.
