TTI 621 trial

Refractory, 3rd time after 10 mos ibrutinib. Now enrolled in clinical trial w Trillium's TTI 621, expansion phase, no rituxan. My lymph nodes after week three are growing, not shrinking. Any experience w this drug? Best to all. Thank you

I would think there wouldn't be many patients on this trial yet... for those interest further... this explains the trial

Hi Chris, I believe there is one other participant with CLL here in Nashville. There are other blood malignancies being treated w TTI 621. According to the study protocol, it just got the IRB go in December. Also, just got my scan results from yesterday. CLL's progressing, which I could tell, but NP says that's not unusual in first months. Hopefully the drug will have kicked in and scans'll be better next month.

Thanks Jeff. It's being run by Dr. Ian Flinn at the Sarah Cannon Center for Blood Cancer in Nashville.
