Glad to report that after finishing 6 rounds of F C R and waiting 6 weeks to have bone marrow tested and CT scans done, I have been told I am in molecular remission for my CLL..

I'm having the same tests soon. I thought there were three outcomes re MRD testing. What is molecular remission?

I have never heard of molecular remission either BellaBee10, so I looked it up on what appears to be a reliable source.

A good explanation of the different remission outcomes and based on these you have one of the best results possible I would say ucallihaul, worth a little celebration I think.

Does it mean MRD neg?
I guess I am fortunate, as yes complete negative, as most people do not react as quickly and have this rating used , molecular remission ,is the best I could ask for
Don't go by percentages...
MRD negativity is less than one CLL cell in 10,000 leukocytes... as defined clinically by tbe iwCLL guidelines...
