My friend completed 6 rounds of FCR last month. Still i can see small small lymph nodes near neck, shoulder. But I am seeing that lymph node has increased in size little bit compared last month. Is this common? Anybody faced same like this. Please please help me to get more info on this.

hopefully your friend will be having a follow up appointment with their Dr very soon and they must ask for their lymph nodes to be checked.
It would be unusual and worrying for a lymph node to be increasing in size so soon after FCR so it 's very important to get this looked at without delay. If they do not have an appointment in the next week or so then please make sure they arrange one asap.
It might be nothing or you might be wrong but if it is increasing in size then it needs urgent attention.
Is this the friend you previously posted about who has been found to have the TP53 deletion? It’s now unusual and not usually successful for patients with this deletion to have FCR chemo. Which country are you from?
As Jackie has said, your friend’s doctors need to be addressing this node issue because the concern is a growth in node size following completion of the FCR.
