deranged LFT and Gallbladder perforation

hi, hoping someone may have experience like mine. I had a perforated gallbladder whilst in hospital with Sepsis back in November. Because of my weight and existing issue the team didn’t want to operate as keyhole wasn’t an option so would have involved open surgery. So I was put on antibiotics for 6 weeks and discharged. I’ve recently had more pain and discomfort and had bloods last week which have come back and I have had deranged LFT so was wondering if anyone else has had similar and what the outcome was. I would like to get rid of the gallbladder as the pain and discomfort is really debilitating

are they going to do open surgery eventually ? My husband is the same , he was put on antibiotics, he’s still in pain but has stones in his bile duct too. He is waiting for an opp date but has to go to a specialised hospital due to him having a gastric bypass years ago , take care

I’m waiting on an urgent liver clinic appt and hoping they will remove the gallbladder as it’s effecting me day to day. I have a lot of ailments and I’m 22st so they are worried about a major operation

They are telling my husband that the gall bladder removal is routine but getting the stones out of his bile duct is a major operation due to him being resectioned after the bypass .
