Any suggestions for itching. My daughter has decompensated liver disease and is struggling to find anything to help with itching. Antihistamine is no longer working.

Hi, my husband initially struggled badly with itching and his consultant prescribed Colestyramine, which has helped him so much, (must be working he never mentions itching anymore). Have a chat with her Dr to see if it's a possibility. Wishing her luck.Liz

Hi, the only cream that gives me relief is Dermacool 5% menthol. Obviously check it's ok with your GP first. I get mine on prescription. Good luck 🤞

only thing that gave me relief is Rifampicin. But it’s pretty hard core and can bone with some other side effects.
