Hi, this is something to talk to your doctor about. I’d talk to your GP about it and /or maybe call your consultants secretary to see if you need to see your consultant or if it can wait until your next clinic appointment. The BLT nurse led helpline are really good to talk to about specific blood test results.

You’d like to think so but doctors are so busy at the moment and things get missed. Maybe ring the BLT helpline and see what they advise.

It can be from many things. But as others said you need to have a complete view. IN my wifes case, one told her it was her liver even though her LFT's and Ultrasound were normal. In her case is was due to a AKI.

I would say elevated, not way up. No need to panic yet.

Dear She-66

If you would find it useful to talk things over, our nurse-led helpline, which Readlots kindly mentioned above, is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm on 0800 652 7330 (excluding bank holidays)
