According to healthline it's completely safe for healthy individuals. But what about liver patients like us?

Is it safe for liver? Your experiences is much appreciated

If you are under a consultant for your liver condition this is something you should check with them.

My sport is Olympic Lifting, and I certainly used to take Creatine. Most people will see a small benefit in terms of strength, it will also increase water retention in the muscles, giving a perception of them being a little larger. You are correct in that it's probably the best studied sports 'supplement', but there are still no really long term trials on it's effects. It's very popular because it does have some (small) effect for most people and it is also legal in competition.

I was advised to stop taking it by both my doctor and my consultant, and strongly advise you to check with your medical team before considering any supplement.

All the best

Paul.

If you have a liver condition it is really important to fully discuss the use of any additional supplements with your hepatology consultant.
