Hi lovely. You aren't in this on your own. There are fabulous people on here who will share their wisdom. Please don't give up. You have done the vital asking for help.
Keep posting for help 🤗

AyreshireK has replied to others about a support service that helps you get the benefit back that's been taken away. There's a fee. I think it's £18.00. These people understand the benefits system whereas the DWP employees often do not. I'm going to see if I can find what Katie posted and I'll put the details up for you if Katie hasn't already done so.
I guess you are referring to my use of the Benefits & Work website. benefitsandwork.co.uk/
I don't know how their guides can help in this case, they lead you through the application process from end to end including appeals etc.

Thank you Katie. It was going to take me a long while to go through your previous replies! My understanding is that circumstances change, and sometimes the claimant hasn't expressed his disablement as fully as it could reasonably be set out. That's why I think it's worthwhile for Paisley71 to check it out. Have I overlooked something? It happens.
Thank you for answering. I appreciate it.
That's so wonderful of you Filstines! I do hope you or Ksties can assist! I'm very angry to read what has happened when he's so poorly Grrrr

That's absolutely shocking Brian!
Having to go through all of that and still they refused to give you the support you deserve!
I completely understand your frustration!
Maybe try and apply for the pip again with the back up from your doctor or consultant plus get help from someone who knows how to fill in the forms to let them really understand your health issues.
Citizens advice maybe able to advise you on where to go from here..must be terrible knowing that you are really struggling with health issues and these people are denying you the rights you deserve!
This government is failing the most deserving of the sick and disabled people in this country!
Shame on them!!
