It was supposed to have some IV infusion with Lidocaine for my spinal OA and DDD pain, which helped me allot until now. Tomorrow it was my appointment to have it again(every six months),but I was called by Pm doctor to be said that they cancel my appointment because of my cirhosis finding, and they will book me a new one to see and discuss with the doctor.
I am soo upset and disappointed by my life! How I'm going to deal with the pain in the future? I already start having more spinal pain, I'm conscious that I must reduce the pain killers also...
What am I going to do? Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you

You need the help of professionals to deal with your issues. The sort of problems you have are beyond the scope of people on a forum like this to offer advice on. The health of your liver needs to be determined before any more drugs are prescribed for conditions like your spinal OA etc.
Heavy dependence on painkillers if you have cirrhosis is likely to worsen your cirrhosis which would then add to your problems. Many drugs for conditions like spinal OA would stress the liver & in your situation liver health must come first because if you go into decompensated cirrhosis your quality of life would become even worse than it is now.
Perhaps consider seeing a psychologist to help sort your problems out and a physiotherapist who may be able to offer natural ways of dealing with your spinal OA. Also someone that can advise you on stress management because stress increases your OA pain.
I have already seen a psychologist who makes me understand that my psychic is tight with my physical issues, that in fact I am not depressed (which I am not) just I must learn how to deal with the pain. And she cannot help me anymore, just if I will have psychological problems...
I have seen already a physiotherapist who cannot help me much because of my severe osteoporosis, but teach me few easy exercises which if I make them repetitive, are worsening my pain.
I know that are not any professional people on this site, I was just looking for some support and thinking that maby are other people in the same situation an finding out how are they dealing with the pain.
I already reduced the anti inflammatory medication at less than a half from 8 months ago, after I received the first Lidocaine IV. But now the immense pain is coming back and trust me, is terrible.
