Booked 1/2 day for this glorious warm sunny day 😎. Drove down to luddenden foot and ran from there to Sowerby Bridge then back to luddenden foot and through Mytholmroyd onto Hebden Bridge and then ran back to luddenden foot with a quick stop at a shop for some water πŸ’§. It was a really nice run and one I will do again. I'm basically trying to build some mileage back into my legs before the marathon. I'm really comfortable running a half now I just wish my foot would sort itself out

Comfortable probably the wrong word it's just in my head I can do it. The thing with me I like to do things and be prepared unfortunately I'm not for the marathon πŸ˜• πŸ˜’ πŸ™ƒ πŸ˜ͺ. The half I went to Heaton Park and did a parkrun because I knew the marathon was there but also I did a marathon before the actual marathon

I've always thought that Luddenden Foot sounded like something you needed to go to the podiatrist about. 🀣
