Spring has sprung and, as you're here, so have you The days are getting longer, the weather is (intermittently) getting better and the urge to pull on your trainers and running gear is becoming irresistible. For the next couple of months it shouldn't be too hot or too cold and so this is the perfect time of year to get out there and aim for those goals you've been thinking about over the winter.
So if youโve hit a milestone this spring take a minute (or 10) to remind yourself how far you've come, physically and metaphorically. Even when the weather is on your side it's a fantastic achievement. If youโve run 5k, 10k or 60 minutes for the first time, youโre in the right place to claim your new and shiny badge.
