Aka: a short run in week 2 of the plan. This was NRC’s 1,000 second run…it’s all about the seconds!
No glorious sunrise today as we were enveloped in fog! Luckily there was enough visibility to drive to the Boating Lake! For some strange reason it wasn’t very busy today, which suited me 🙂
So not quite 2 circuits of the lake and pond, taken nice and easy. Slowly getting my groove back…

Well done for getting out there in the fog. My Mum drummed it into me that fog is unhealthy and you shouldn't breathe it so I always take a foggy morning as an excuse to stay in bed 😂Sounds like you had a great run.
Well done! It has been very difficult weather this January! A friend and I were due to run the Blorenge this morning but we haven't as I think we 'd blow off the top 🤣 Well done for persevering!
It’s often foggy here and when it is, it’s like running in a horror film!! Great job getting out. There’s something super satisfying about completing a run when conditions are let’s say less than optimal!!
