Thursday Foggy Trail Run

Considering I was almost not going for a run due to feeling MEH thankfully Caroline Lewis told me off and told me get outside .

And that I did and I’m glad I did . Yes it was 2°c and freezing fog when I started but the sun tried poking its head out the fog at the end to warm me up , and yes I had me shorts on and a long sleeve top . Haaaa I like to cover all bases and being old my body temp is like an old car radiator 🤣🤣🤣

Lushious Run thru the trails and happy to report no icy paths . Yay. 4.3miles in the bag. Happy Thursday you lot

Haaaa I know tho I soon warmed up heading uphill and was kinda glad I was in shorts . 🤣🤣🤣
