I almost didn’t go out this morning . It’s so easy to sit and procrastinate. Then I remembered I had my Halloween 👻 top to wear and well needs must .

It’s the 31st of October it’s HALLOWEEN 🎃 and I’m sweating my Baps off running in a T-shirt and Shorts - it’s madness and also Bliss . 15°c and warm sunshine ☀️.

Having almost got over the Flu (still sound like a smoke 100 🚬 a day 🤣. And having been away for my 50th in Edinburgh it was back to it .

Moderately happy with my effort as it’s half term and lots of people were on the trails. I did see a lovely couple with their kids who were fully dressed up for Halloween 👻 so I pretended they made me jump and the woman said “ ohhh you’ve made their day they’ve been trying to scare someone for ages “ I was like “ aww bless them “ said Happy Halloween to them , high fived the kids and off I plodded .

Happy 50th! Edinburgh is a great place to celebrate. Gorgeous photo of your trail-you chose a beautiful day for it too. Pretending to be scared by those kids sounds great fun! I bet you made their day!

Aww thank you . Yes it’s a beautiful place I’ve been 3 times before we mum and my sisters we loved it there. And yes the kids were soo happy . Xx
