3°c yet it felt like -3 with the crisp frost this morning.

Who even am I that’s my 3rd 🏃‍♀️ this week . YAY.

Pushed to 4.3miles on the trails this morning I needed that extra bit of, so yes pace and time

Is slow and I don’t care because today I ran a lot more and even halfway up a hill I always power walk up so I’m dammed chuffed with myself this morning . Even found the tree hubby and I carved many many moons ago

After yesterday’s strength and the negative calf raises and squats and straight leg deadlifts I had to wake and shake the ole legs up and boy did it feel good.

Beautiful weather this morning lots of dog walkers cheering me on telling me great t shirt and keep going , lots of woodpeckers about this morning and squirrels 🐿️ as per always our running me 🤣🤣.

I have already slayed my SATURDAY so how you chose to spend yours it’s entirely up to you .

Good day

I love the frost but need to be careful on the slippy parts! Sounds a great run, well done. Please tell me….what are ‘negative heel raisers’ 🤔

It’s lush in the woods . Negative heel raises are your either stood on barbell weight la and you raise your foot up and then heel lower to ground so you can feel the calf pull .. or do it on the stairs and have your forefoot on the edge of step and drop your heel down . X
