I have hiking gloves from Decathlon. Another option is the thinner type of ski gloves.

You'll probably want ones which are washable. Many brands aren't (eg. Head).
I knitted fingerless gloves that are quite long, I fold them back once my hands are warmed up, but they go to the tips of my fingers so keep them warm at the start of every run 😁
I use these... They have an extra flap over the fingerlings... If all else fails, I pull my fingers into the palm of my hands.
Here's more info, though at the German shop of Decathlon: decathlon.de/p/skihandschuh...
I have some thermal flip top mits..snug but can be flipped for fingert tip freedom!
An old Russian granny assured me that mittens are the way to go when it's very cold. I tried them on my coldest ever run (-8C) and she was right
I'm using a pair of Under Armour fleece gloves that allow me use my phone whilst running. They kept me warm yesterday and manage my podcasts...I think they are called halftime?
Look at cycling gear too - I'm also a cyclist and this is a problem for bike users for which solutions have been designed.
