Saw physio yesterday afternoon. He’s pleased with my progress. Thinks the hip pain is from my back injury from years ago so did some massage of the spine again as it seems to be working. My heel pain is Achilles tendinitis/ tendinopathy. I think that’s what he said 🤣. So he gave me some treatment and more exercises. But he did say that I could do another run this week. Or rather a run/walk So I’m pleased with that. To be seen again in 2 weeks so 🤞I carry on making some progress.

Just read SueAppleRun s from yesterday and definitely agree make the most of your life as it truly is a gift

Happy running 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

That is good news and what a great time of year to be improving 😁, I love that saying, it's written on a whiteboard in my kitchen and is a daily reminder. For the first time since last March there's a little optimism for the future inside me 😁

🍏Sue your incredible ability to keep going to keep running in this year of bereavement has inspired many of us as we have faced loss and heartache. You have never glossed over your emotional pain but channeled it into a healthy way of coping. You have shown us that’s it’s ok to have days that are not ok but there are days too when the sun shines and we can embrace it. Thank you 🥰

Yes I know I’m looking forward to my run on Friday or Thursday if it’s not torrential rain.

I’m just so pleased he has said I can run so long as I don’t have pain while I’m running
