Well I ran the Fartlec run on 6 wks to go I am glad to say I did it successfully so have now completed the week .I usually run three times a week sometimes I run two runs on any given day that way I can complete the week over8 0r 9 days,the speed run this week was tough but I did it .I love the structured set up of the 10k in 8weeks it is really improving my running

Hello! I used the NRC 10K plan as well and really enjoyed it.
I started out just choosing three of the workouts/week but after a week or so did similarly to you, completing all runs in a 10-day week.
I noticed it improved my overall running, too and hit a few PB's on my 5K races whilst training.
Have you got a 10K in mind or on the calendar?
