Park run under water!

I’m working towards my 75th park run later this year so I try not to miss any.

It’s been raining heavily this week and last night it was pretty bad. So no surprises to turn up to the park run and find it flooded!

It was a heavy run, going through long deep areas of water but I managed to keep going.

Let’s hope the weather improves soon so we can keep getting outdoors 🏃‍♀️.

🍏 Well done for running through that lot! I am sure your trainers are stuffed with newspaper drying out!! Nearly 75 park runs is an impressive number! Well done & look forward to celebrating with you when you reach the goal!! Xx

Its half the fun when you have to paddle through sections of the course. Just remember not to wear your best shoes. Bravo for turning up. There are many who would have just stayed in bed.
