My own park run

I am now doing the distance of Ju Ju's Magic Plan, starting at week three. My first run a 5k, so I decided to do the park run route for a change, (the last time I done a park run I struggled and ended up walking a fair bit). I started off at a good pace, I felt strong and confident. Half way in I was sweaty, my face felt on fire but still going strong. Other people in the park were really friendly, one man even said "keep it up" I don't know if it was because i looked like someone had thrown a bucket of water over me and my face looked like it was going explode. I ended up running 5.2km in 34 mins. Very pleased with myself. I have made sure I am drinking two litres of water a day and I think this makes a difference. Going to try and keep drinking 2 litres every day if I can. My confidence has grown so much, I running different routes, in all weathers and writing on a forum. This is one positive for me in 2020.

Wow you are really flying! No wonder you were about to explode. Keep on and you'll be at 10k in no time.
