I have completed 4 runs of NRC 10k of wk1 so far so good will run the 20 min recovery time tomorrow. Yesterday I ran Parkrun using 555 seconds run as a warm up then I ran 4k run adding 1k to make up Parkrun

Overall I am pleased with my progress a few seconds slower than last week but ran a different course.

These days my mindset is different I am so grateful that I can run time is of secondary importance, but still feel chuffed if you beat or come close to previous week as Spencer Davis group sing #Keep on Running# and I fully intend to do
