Monday 4.30 am start drive down to Essex and back no run exhausted Tuesday 5k run ok with that
Wednesday early start down to Essex to exhausted to run again
Thursday daughter broke down had to rescue her missed slimming world and six a side
Friday nothing but work
Saturday parkrun but son in law was up late that made us both late and missed the start but happy with overall time.

Yep, weeks like this do happen! I haven’t run all week, as I went down with a virus after my 10k last weekend! 😩 On the mend now so hoping to get back out there tomorrow.🤞🙂
