Well after a long hard winter of minor niggling injuries and illnesses I finally ran for about 20 minutes non stop this morning. I decided not to use W5R3 as I didnβt want to add any pressure or subsequent disappointment.
so I went back to my first running route as I had an idea of where 20 minutes would be and off I went. It felt great with no niggles at all. At long last I feel that Iβm back out there running again.

That first 20 minute run again after a period on the IC is such a joy. Although if youβre anything like me you spend most of it asking lots of questions, βdoes that hurt? Is that ok? Is that normal? Should I stop now?β π
But it sounds as if yours went like a dream and you can now build back again. Wheeeee π€
So am I. π€£π€£π€£ it feels like forever since in enjoyed a run but Iβm back now so all good. Just taking it slowly though so will stick with 20 minutes of running for a bit before I try to get back to 30 minutes.
