Decided today was the day to try my newly injected hip out. After a painful night I got up and out by 745. Just did my usual short 20 minute run and was back home just after 8. So far there seem to be no issues. Tonight will be the test. ( but after last night I think I would say it can’t be worse). 🤞🤞🤞🤞

Shame you are in pain but good you can still get out and run
Pain seems to be at night mostly nothing when I’m running. Strange I think but going to see if it gets worse again after running now I’ve got the steroid injection on board. Just going to enjoy the next weeks runs and see what happens. Consultant didn’t say not to run so 🤞I’ll still be able to get out there for my little runs.

Nothing like an early morning run to cheer one up after a horrid night. I pray tonight will be a comfortable one. 🌺
That’s fighting spirit Scruff55, well done you. I hope things are easy for you this evening 🤞
