I've been thinking a lot about going out today. Since the last trip, half of my body still hurts. But I don't want to get out of the routine.
So I tried it. Today with new (not very good) shoes.
I will have to buy new shoes because my previous ones have already fallen apart. But I have wide and small feet and I don't have time to go to the shops, so I hope I can manage it for now.
So today just a maintenance run. After a full period of time, I want to
return to routine. I'll see if I can do it on Friday
Happy running!

🍏A 7k is an excellent maintenance run I would say! Hopefully that pain is lactose acid from the walk & has disappeared!! I am wary of running with pain. Hope the new shoes didn’t cause problems!
Thank you! Honestly, running has helped me and I feel so much better! The shoes are really bad. I've been using Crivit Pro shoes from Lidl for years, but they've been discontinued
They were really great (also according to the reviews), with a membrane and they lasted even through the winter.
I have small and wide feet, so buying new shoes will be a difficult long-term process. Moreover, I do not know anything about this area.
And since my old shoes literally fell apart, I'm trying to bridge this period before I can deal with it. I think it will force me to deal with it very soon..
