We’ll after at least 2 months of physio and exercises I’ve finally got to 2x5 minutes of running. I still felt som pain but physio did say that I could carry on so long as it wasn’t too severe. So now I think I will stick with this regime for a while and I’ll try 2 runs a week. It’s slow progress but at least it’s a little run 🏃♀️ I treated myself to some new Brooks and was advised that glycerin helped as they had more support but I still like my ghosts. 👻👻. But I’ll keep running with them to see if they do help. Happy running everyone

Yay 😊 keep at it, you are running and that's all that matters. Love the shoes, I have these, not run in them much, testing out all my shoes and so far my old Saucony Triumphs are my favourite but reading your post made me put the Glycerin ones on and so far so good, I might run in them Saturday 😁
