Went further than anticipated !

I have been slowly returning to running, 3k then 3.5 then just over 4 the other day so today I just went for it and did 5k !!!

It wasn’t planned but as I’m in a new area I keep looking and thinking how far will that be and my curiosity got the better of me today 😂 I also think my usual pavement pounders are not up to this semi country life so will be on the lookout for trail shoes …….

Feeling much better and more positive, Dad is secure in the care home a dols has been granted and since being there he has pulled his catheter out 5 times !!! But they have dealt with it all so no midnight calls and hospital and angry old man to deal with has helped immensely slowly back to being me xx

It changes on the first of your birthday month so your actual birthday isn’t identifiable by anyone spotting you’re 59 one day and 60 the next. It’s a good idea but I felt grumpy too when I was suddenly older on here than in real life! 😂

My birthday is on the first of a month so I'd never notice this. Given the month I'm on the first of I generally have enough to think about 😂
